Recipe Italian Bruschetta

This bruschetta spice mix from The Man With The Pan is multi-purpose as instant sauce for pasta, pesto and much more. Taste it!

What do you need?

75 ml water
Bread (white or brown, whatever you like) Baguette or ciabatta
Tomatoes (we used Tasty cherry tomatoes)
Shelf made of wood, e.g. a smoking board
A spoon
A tray

Put the bruschetta herb mix in a bowl
Add water and oil
Stir well
