This is the privacy statement of The Private Company The Fire LAB. B.V., hereinafter referred to as: Het Vuur LAB. Het Vuur LAB is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 84187719 and is located at Ruigeweg 3 (1754HA) in Burgerbrug. This document explains how Het Vuur LAB handles the processing of your personal data. In processing your personal data, Het Vuur LAB exercises the greatest possible care.

Processing of personal data

If you use The Fire LAB's services, you yourself provide some personal data to The Fire LAB, or personal data is obtained from you in the context of the agreement. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The Fire LAB processes the following categories of personal data:

To ensure that you wish to exercise a right, The Fire LAB requests that you send a copy of your proof of identity. Please black out your passport photo and MRZ (strip with numbers at the bottom) to protect your privacy. The Fire LAB will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within 4 weeks. You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.
