Shipping method

Please enter the correct delivery address with your order. We will dispatch your package as soon as possible so you can enjoy your order. You may return your item(s) within 14 days if they are not to your satisfaction. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.

In some cases, the delivery time may take longer than 2 working days. We try to communicate this as best we can by providing the (*) and these notes. For products in 'backorders', seasonal products or products that are very popular at the moment, the delivery time may vary.

For pallet shipments, the delivery is handled by an exclusive carrier and is not done via Post NL. Because it is delivered with an exclusive transporter, it may in some cases also have a longer delivery time. The delivery must be well coordinated with you, the customer, and we like to handle larger products with care. For pallet deliveries, we will always strive to send an update via e-mail or contact you about the delivery time within 48 hours, on working days.

Keep in mind that transporters can also be busy at times. It can sometimes happen that we have given the parcels to the carrier on time, but that the parcel service has to deal with many deliveries. When there are very many deliveries, they may not be able to complete their route that day.

From only €75 we ship your package for free within the Netherlands! If you order for less than €75, you only pay €7.75 in shipping costs within the Netherlands!

From only €75 we ship your package for free within Belgium! If you order for less than €75, you only pay €10.77 in shipping costs within Belgium!

For parcels and pallets to Germany, we do not (yet) offer free shipping. DHL provides shipping to Germany from € 11.55 per parcel.
