Enter the delivery address in your order. We will then ship your package within 2 working days*. So you can quickly enjoy your new outdoor cooking items! You may still return your item(s) within 14 days if they are not to your liking. You can find more information on this in our terms and conditions.

*In some cases, the delivery time is slightly longer than 2 working days, for example for larger products sent on a pallet. In this case, delivery is provided by an exclusive carrier and does not go with DHL.

We will always strive to send an update via e-mail about the delivery time including delivery date within 24 hours, on working days.

As a webshop for barbecue, garden & outdoor, we mainly sell items that come in handy when the weather is nice. Not surprisingly, when the weather is warm, we are extra busy in the shop and do our best to send your package as quickly as possible. Although we keep a close eye on delivery times and try to adjust them in time, it may happen that your parcel arrives a little later than planned.

Crowds at carriers
Besides being busier at the VUUR LAB. in hot weather, so are our transporters.
Therefore, it may also be the case that we have given the parcels to the carrier neatly on time, but the parcel service has to deal with many deliveries that they cannot complete their route.

As soon as we have given your parcel(s) to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail containing your personal Track & Trace code. With this Track & Trace code you can follow your order closely.

Of course, if it takes longer than expected, we can always check with you to see where your package is.

From only €75 we ship your package for free within the Netherlands! If you order for less than €75, you only pay €7.75 in shipping costs within the Netherlands!

*For the Terrace Stoves with pizza oven, shipping costs are € 34.94 due to pallet shipment.

For parcels and pallets to Germany, we do not (yet) offer free shipping.
DHL provides shipping to Germany from €11.55 per parcel.
