Deliciously fresh & full of flavour

Meat substitutes are easy to prepare yourself. Instead of meat, we used oyster mushrooms for our shoarma wraps! We made the a delicious tzatziki dip using the spice sachets from The Man With The Pan. The fresh flavours of the cucumber and the spicy taste of the shoarma herbs and oyster mushroom together make for a taste explosion!

What you need (for 3 people)
400 g Greek yoghurt (or another yoghurt to taste)
1 whole cucumber
A grater with a coarse grater side
Two trays
A spoon for stirring
A cutting board
1 cup oyster mushrooms
A fork
Tray to put the oyster mushrooms in
Shoarma spices
Fresh chives
Wraps
How do you prepare the tzatziki mix?
Grate the cucumber in a bowl
Squeeze the cucumber 'dry' by squeezing out the remaining water
Add 400 g Greek yoghurt
Add the spice mix from the sachet
Stir well and voila!

Fry the oyster mushrooms on the griddle of the VUUR LAB. BBQ outdoor cooking stove

Light the BBQ Outdoor cooking stove with some small logs and kindling.
After about 20 minutes, you can put the baking tray on top and bake the oyster mushrooms.
Use the Betis olive oil to grease the griddle with and place the oyster mushrooms on it, sprinkle the shoarma seasoning on top and stir occasionally with the wooden spatula, after about 8 minutes they are ready to process as Wrap.

Enjoy your meal!
