DIY dressing Sage Lemon vinaigrette by Pineut
The vinaigrette is delicious over green and pasta salads, among others, but also over roasted vegetables from the griddle on the outdoor stove!
Vinaigrette with a bite
With sage, it will be even tastier. That's what they thought at Pineut when they were working on their vinaigrettes.
Because, the earthy bittersweet flavour with hints of eucalyptus, lemon and mint, seemed to us to combine perfectly with turmeric and garlic.
And you know what? It was absolutely right! Drizzle this vinaigrette over grilled vegetables or a (pasta) salad and you can hear the Mediterranean murmur.
Sounds blissful, but what is Vinaigrette?
However Italian our ingredients are, vinaigrette is French.
Oui, oui, it's a classic French dressing for over a salad.
A mix of oil and vinegar in the ratio of 3 to 1.
Normally seasoned with salt, pepper or garden herbs.
But as we have come to expect from Pineut, they do it slightly differently!
The mix of (Italian) herbs, spices and vegetables make their vinaigrettes a maverick.
But one of the outer category.
