Vadouvan is a spice mixture brought by the French from India.
There are lots of variations on this herbal mixture, as each region has its own composition.
We have combined several variations into one delicious mix: French Kiss! With its subtly spicy, slightly sweet, fresh and slightly smoky flavour, it fits into a lot of dishes; very versatile.
So eating healthy becomes even easier. And more fun.
Which herbs and spices are in this mix?
Think cinnamon and cumin that give a warm twist, tarragon that in turn gives a delicious aromatic, aniseed-like flavour, paprika and chilli that provide a slight spice, and lemon that takes care of the fresh hue. So a host of delicious natural flavourings.
So what can you use our French Kiss for?
Give meat and fish dishes a delicious twist with Vadouvan.
But it also gives vegetables a delicious flavour, especially when roasted. Or turn them into a tasty soup.
