How do you make it?
Put the mix in a bowl and mix with the salt and half the cheese.
Add 180ml of lukewarm water and 30ml of olive oil and knead for 10 minutes by hand or food processor with dough hooks.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on it in the desired shape.

Serve the focaccia bread with a cheese and pour a nice wine with it!
