Drink 'm On The Rocks!

This unique syrup takes you on a culinary adventure along the coastline,
where the refreshing flavours of rhubarb meet the saltiness of sea fennel and samphire.

This mocktail contains surprising flavour combinations due to the sweetness of the rhubarb, which harmonises beautifully with the salty, fresh nuances of sea fennel and samphire.

A mocktail that is not only surprisingly delicious, but also a good choice for your health! In other words, a delicious mocktail that contains 50% less sugar than other syrups or soft drinks.

We made it with Spa red and a handful of ice cubes.

What do you need for this delicious mocktail from Searoop?

Beautiful glasses (for the number of people you are making the mocktail for)
Spa red
Cheerful straws
Sliced lemon
Ice cubes

Preparation

Put the glasses down
Put the ice cubes in the glass
Put a generous splash of Searoop in the glass
Top off the glass with Spa red
Cut the lemon slice in half and slide it onto the glass
Stick in the straw and stir!
