What is TikTok?
TikTok is an app that started under another name: Musically. On the app, people mainly playbacked different songs. After a while, the app got a different look and a different name: TikTok. Playbacking slowly turned into dancing and dancing into comedy videos. Today, TikTok is an app where you can find anything and is even used as a kind of search engine. From now on, people don't google what a restaurant looks like, they check it out on TikTok! Just sneak a peek inside... This way you get a much better picture!
The app is now mainly known among young people, but older audiences are also making their mark. The app offers a variety of videos and adapts your home page, your 'for you page', to your interests. So you only get to see what you want to see. Do you love tasty but easy recipes? Then chances are you will see a video of the VUUR LAB. upon your for you page gets pretty big ;)

You can follow the VUUR LAB. for free on TikTok. You need to create an account first, though. How to do that, tell you in a quick step-by-step guide:
Install the app TikTok on your phone, tablet or open it on your computer,
Create an account. You can do so using various social media, your phone number or email address,
Your account has been created! You can now watch all the videos offered by the app,
By default, you have a public account on TikTok. You can set your account to private by going settings > private account,
Add a nice profile picture and biography. Now your account is ready and you can even record your own videos should you like!
To follow the VUUR LAB. on TikTok, you can go through the following steps:
Phone/tablet: go to the magnifying glass at the top right of your screen and tap 'fire_lab' in the search bar. If all goes well, our account will appear. To follow us, click on the little puppet next to the 'message' box.
Computer: at the top centre of your screen, go to 'search accounts and videos'. Type 'fire_lab' in the search bar. If all goes well, our account will appear. To follow us, click on the little puppet next to the 'message' box.
