Wat heb je nodig? Voor 3 personen:
75 ml water
Bread (white or brown, whatever you like)
Stokbrood of ciabatta
Tomatoes (we used Tasty cherry tomatoes)
Shelf made of wood, e.g. a smoking board
A spoon
How to prepare the bruschetta mix?
Doe de kruidenmix in een bakje
Voeg water en olie toe. Goed roeren.
Snij de tomaten in kleine blokjes
Smeer op geroosterd brood en leg de tomatenblokjes erop
Of gebruik de mix met brood als dipper.
