This salt is based on the intense Argentine chimichurri.
Fresh, spicy and with a slight acidity. Goes perfectly with a grilled sirloin steak, ribeye or nice steak.
Coarse sea salt is heated and once the salt is 'dry', the fresh herbs are roasted along with it.
