Delicious Original Austrian kaiserschmarnn

What do you need for this warming kaiserschmarnn? 

For 4 people:

150 grams of flour
250 ml whole milk
4 eggs, split
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
3 tbsp sultanas, possibly soak in 3 tbsp rum
Cream Butter
Pinch of salt
Icing sugar
Applesauce

Preparation

Light the XL Outdoor Cooking Stove.
Weigh everything. Split the eggs.
Add the vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter and a pinch of salt to the egg yolks. Whisk well. Add the flour and whole milk and mix until it is a nice batter.
Beat the egg whites until well stiff. Add the egg white to the egg yolk mixture and fold in. Make sure it remains airy.
Put some butter on the baking tray. Pour the mixture, divide the sultanas over it and bake for a few minutes. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar over the pancake and divide it into 4 pieces. Turn over and put some more butter between them.
After baking for a while, chop the kaiserschmarnn on the baking tray into small pieces. Turn over, add some more butter and sugar and bake until cooked through.
Put the kaiserschmarnn on a plate, spread some icing sugar on top and eat with apple sauce. Guaranteed success!
