Tray of Padron peppers
Olive oil
BBQ tongs or spatula
(sea) salt

Preparation
How do you make these delicious Pimentos de Padron?
Turn on the BBQ outdoor cooking stove or other fire pit so that it is at a good temperature.
Put the padron peppers in a pan with olive oil, we used ours this time Cast iron grill pan.
Stir frequently, until browned and lightly caramelised on all sides.
The peppers should soften but still be slightly crunchy.
About 5-7 minutes in a pan over medium-high heat.
Then sprinkle (sea) salt over the peppers to taste and serve immediately.
