Tender salmon with fish-a-fish seasoning is a favourite for many

Welcome to the recipes page!
We are always on the lookout for tasty recipes and this time we have a favourite of most people - delicious fresh smoked salmon.

Flavour the salmon with the best spices

For this dish, we used fish-a-fish seasoning. A delicious herb mix including lemon, rosemary, tarragon, garlic and more. We ourselves added extra salt and a slice of lemon for a refreshing twist.

By using the tapas smoking boards the salmon gets an extra sweet-spicy smoke flavour. This will make the taste of the salmon even more unique!

A 100-gram portion of salmon is enough for one person, although it depends on the occasion. In our case, we cut one salmon steak in half.
