What do you need for this mini Valentine's pizza?
Mini Margherita pizzas
Salami slices (large)
Knife
Spreading cheese
BBQ outdoor cooking stove with briquette grid, grill grid, baking tray and pizza stone
Briquettes, coconut briquettes or wood
Lighting wicks, lighter or matches

Preparation
Light the BBQ outside cooking stove, this time we cooked with coconut briquettes
Place the pizza stone on the grill rack
Cover the BBQ outdoor cooking stove with the baking tray so that you create an oven
Cut out your own hearts from the salami or use a mould
Place the mini pizzas on a cutting board (and sprinkle with some extra cheese if necessary)
Place a heart on each pizza slice and press it down
When the pizza stone is well warm place the pizzas on it and bake for 20 minutes
