What do you need?

Ingredients:

100 g wheat flour
50 g unsalted butter
75 grams of sugar
1 kg (Elstar) apples
95 g unroasted hazelnuts
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
8 scoops of vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preparation

How do you make this delicious Outdoor Apple Crumble?

Light the Outdooroven and let the temperature reach about 200 degrees.
Mix the flour, butter and two-thirds of the sugar and knead into a cohesive dough.
Dice the apples. Grease the oven dish and place the diced apples in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and the remaining sugar.
Crumble the dough and coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Sprinkle the dough and coarsely chopped hazelnuts over the diced apples.
Place the baking dish in the Outdoor oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and cooked. Remove the crumble from the oven and sprinkle with the icing sugar.
Serve the Apple Crumble as is or scoop a large scoop of vanilla ice cream with it.
