You can make all kinds of dishes with pointed peppers, for this recipe we only used goat cheese and honey. It is an easy recipe to make and does not take very long to prepare.

What do you need for these sweet pointed peppers stuffed with goat cheese and honey?

For four people:

BBQ Outdoor cooking stove VUUR LAB. (We cooked with the XL this time)
Briquettes, coals and firelighters
Long matches
Cutting block
Knife
Red pointed peppers
Goat cheese
Honey
Serving board

Preparation

Give the briquette grid its place in the BBQ outdoor cooking stove.
Fill the BBQ starter with coals, briquettes and kindling and wait about 20 minutes until it is ready to start the BBQ.
Empty the BBQ starter onto the briquette grate.
Also place the grill rack in the BBQ outdoor cooking stove and continue preparing the peppers.
Cut the sweet pointed pepper in half.
Remove the seeds.
Tuck a few small chunks of goat cheese into the pieces of pointed pepper.
Place the pointed peppers on the grill booster until the goat cheese has softened.
Spread the cheese a little better over the pointed peppers and add a dash of honey.
Serve it with a nice serving board and enjoy!
