What do you need for this non-alcoholic mulled wine?

1 litre red grape juice (or apple- elderberry juice for a twist)
500 ml apple juice
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks3 cloves
1 star anise
1 piece of fresh ginger (approx. 2 cm), sliced
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Large pan or witch's kettle to prepare the mulled wine in

Preparation
Place the witch's cauldron in a place with a solid surface
Combine the ingredients: Pour the grape juice and apple juice into a large saucepan. Add the orange slices, lemon slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise and ginger.
Heat slowly: Heat the mixture over low heat. Do not let it boil, as the flavours will be lost. The juice should only simmer gently.
Let draw: Let the mulled wine steep for about 15-20 minutes, so that the spices release their flavour.
Sweeten to taste: Add honey or maple syrup if you want a sweeter mulled wine. Stir well.
Serve: Strain the mulled wine to remove spices and bits of fruit. Serve hot in mugs or heatproof glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or an orange slice, if desired.
Tip: You can prepare the mulled wine in a large kettle over the VUUR LAB. outdoor cooking stove or with a sturdy tripod set for extra atmosphere during the garden party.
