Recently Anita sent us an email, her interest was piqued in one of our beautiful products!
From this, a great collaboration emerged and we were guests for a 'Shoot in The Woods'.

Vega Winter MC² BURGER burgers with red cabbage
We made delicious Vega in between photo shoots MC² BURGERS From the Vegetarian Butcher.
Below is the recipe for our Winter Burgers with red cabbage, lettuce, red onion, GinMayo and Ginchup.
Requirements for four people:
4 units MC² BURGERS from the Vegetarian Butcher
4 Hamburger buns with sesame seeds
200 grams freshly chopped red cabbage
1 red onion
GinMayo (or Vegan Ginmayo)
GinChup
Little Gem lettuce
Betis cooking olive oil
Roasted Salt India From The Man With The Pan

This is how you make the Vega MC2 burgers:
Insert the outdoor stove aan.
Wacht met bakken totdat je een mooi verkoold vuurtje hebt
In the meantime, pre-cut the burger buns, red onion, red cabbage and wash the Little gem lettuce
Vet de bakplaat in met een scheutje Betis bakolijf olie
Allow the olive oil to warm up briefly and place the MC² citizens on the griddle. Bake the burgers on the griddle of the outdoor cooking stove and cook until golden brown on both sides
Fry the red cabbage and red onion together on the other side of the griddle, grind in some fresh Roasted Salt of India and stir into the mix
Keep at it and stir frequently, turning the burgers occasionally with the BBQ tongs
When everything is ready, top the burger buns with a leaf of Little Gem, place the burger on top, a scoop of red cabbage mix with sautéed red onion and garnish with a tuft of GinMayo and Celebrate What You Eat's GinChup.
